Schedule: Full Time Day Shift

Job Description:
The Intake Coordinator works closely in conjunction with patient/caregiver, physician, equipment distributors, infusion agencies, ancillary disciplines and community resources to provide coordinated quality patient care during the intake process.

Preferred qualification: 

2 years of experience in a healthcare setting performing clerical tasks and processes.
