Join Mount Carmel Home Care as a Primary Care Nurse, where you'll use cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care to a growing patient population. Specializing in IV and infusion therapy, you'll provide vital services to those who need it most, along with other essential home care services.

What You Will Do:

Deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on infusion therapy.

Develop and implement personalized patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on managing illnesses at home.

Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Utilize industry-leading EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Ohio.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with strong infusion therapy skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred experience in Home Care or Med/Surg Hospital settings.
