Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HOA Documents Coordinating with Land Department for pertinent information to set up governing documents Outline applicable info and provide to attorney for drafting and coordination of documents Review draft documents for accuracy and content Responsible for approval of final draft documents Execute final documents: obtain signatures, notarize, deliver, etc. HOA Set-up Research, interview and select 3rd-party management company Acquire (3) bids/proposals for assignment of management company Release contract to management company Ensure management company secures IRS ID number, opens back accounts, develops sales test Prepare HOA budget HOA Management/Maintenance Serves on all HOA Boards Schedule and attend all HOA meetings: provide developer updates, obtain good relationship with HOA, provide meeting report Follow through on all developer-related issues brought to the attention of the HOA Manager Review financials and resolve any outstanding issues with Controller ARC Submittals Review and approve all architectural submittals Enforce bond deposit policy as outlined in governing documents and assign deposit amount Detail any damage on plot plan prior to final ARC approval Following approval and completion of homeowner improvement, inspect adjacent property for potential damage, document accordingly HOA Transitions Schedule all transition walks that are required to transition the common area of the HOA to the HOA control Gets the deeds prepared and signed for all common area Get all plans and turn them over to the HOA Assure compliance with state regulationsD.R.
