The HIW Sales Coordinator’s primary function is supporting the sales function for existing and prospective customers to sell the Distribution's full range of products to The Home Depot and Lowe’s across all our 19 Distribution Centers.

Accountabilities:
Enters orders or assists individual sellers in order file management by ensuring orders are received, priced accurately, shipped and invoiced in an accurate and timely manner using sales tools/SAP effectively. Able to assist with most to all order entry from the simple to complex needing guidance with only the more complicated or unique issues.Acts as point of contact for customers, taking ownership of interactions. Troubleshoots simple to complex customer orders and problems, escalating situations appropriately and needing guidance with only the more complex or unique issues. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner with very few errors. Effectively submits new customer requests through SAP transaction (MDG).Uses broad knowledge of customers, procedures, products, and services, demonstrating competency in these areas to build rapport, provide customer service and meet customer needs. Develops basic knowledge, relationships and position of influence to proactively promote full range of products to established and prospective customers.Executes promotions, specials, market pull through activities, and updates to products/pricing/service.Collaborates to build and maintain strong relationships with peers, coworkers, internal/external customers, and broader team members and resources. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $49,379 - $73,998 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
