The Church History Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is looking for a historic sites registrar to work as part of the Church History Department Historic Sites – Midwest Region. As a member of the department’s historic sites division, this individual will assist in managing and preserving the sacred settings of the Restoration so they can bear witness to the world that God has restored His Church and Kingdom in the last days.
This is a full-time position located in Nauvoo, Illinois. The Historic Sites – Midwest Region registrar works daily in Nauvoo and Carthage, Illinois and travels regularly to the historic sites in Missouri (Liberty Jail, Independence Visitors’ Center, Far West Temple Site, Hawn’s Mill Massacre Site, and Richmond Pioneer Cemetery).
