Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure and Transportation team, of the Mid Atlantic Sector.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Break down complex highway construction projects into manageable activities and tasks within P6 software. Assign durations, dependencies, and resource allocations to each activity based on project specifications and site conditions. Create comprehensive CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules, including critical activities and float analysis. Utilize linear scheduling techniques to visualize progress. Regularly collect field progress data from construction crews and integrate it into the P6 schedule. Analyze schedule variances and identify potential delays Generate detailed progress reports, including charts and graphs, for project stakeholders. Update and maintain the P6 schedule with change orders, weather impacts, and other relevant adjustments. Analyze the impact of proposed changes on the schedule and develop revised timelines Evaluate time extension requests and prepare supporting documentation
What your experience looks like
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field Proven experience in construction scheduling, preferably with highway projects Proficient in Primavera P6 software, including advanced scheduling techniques, data management, and reporting features Understanding of highway construction processes, phases, and typical activities Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret schedule variances Clear and concise communication to effectively convey complex scheduling information to diverse stakeholders
The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
