Notre Dame Academy High School in West Los Angeles is seeking a highly qualified full-time Spanish teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
Notre Dame Academy seeks an innovative, collaborative, and experienced Spanish teacher who can fulfill the 21st century learning environment goals of Notre Dame Academy by planning, guiding, and evaluating the learning process of students within the framework of the school's philosophy, organization, and curriculum. Our world languages department emphasizes all four modalities of language proficiency: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, all taught through the use of a variety of learning methodologies and incorporating cultural, historical, and contemporary contexts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Spanish and successful high school teaching experience. This individual must be innovative, dynamic, energetic, organized, flexible, and hard working, modeling for students a growth mindset. We seek faculty members who are intellectually curious, willing to grow professionally, student focused, dedicated to lifelong learning, and able to effectively collaborate with faculty, students, and parents to enhance our learning community.
