Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new seller acquisition through Outbound channel. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within this new team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will accelerate new seller acquisition through new program of mass customized incentives.
The High Potential program manager will convert leads into Amazon sellers by identifying high-volume potential leads and offering tailored benefits and incentives to increase conversion into Amazon Brazil seller.
Key job responsibilities
- Define lead potential model using Machine Learning. Validate and scale the use of the model across several databases;
- Design and approve customized benefits with Finance, Sales, Product, and Tech.
- Ensure benefits and incentives are correctly allocated at scale with no/low friction.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements among other initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, tech, product, leads and BI to align analytics efforts with overall business goals
- Run experimentation to learn and improve results

Seller Marketing LATAM team is responsible for driving new seller acquisition for the 3P Marketplace in LATAM through marketing campaigns. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs.
