High Jewellery & VIP Client Advisor

Job Description

In this role, you will drive sales performance across all categories but particularly grow the High Jewellery sales. as well as cultivating strong client relationship with existing clients, and particularly VIP / High Jewellery clients. It will be important to create new relationship with HNWI and smoothly introduce them to the brand and to High Jewellery. You will act as a role model and a mentor for all Brand Ambassadors, to develop their ability to sell High Jewellery and deliver client presentations demonstrating a deep High Jewellery expertise and exceptional selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Ensure a high level of sales achievement across all categories, and in particular of high jewellery.Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of HJ pieces and diamonds, along with exceptional selling skills.Demonstrate strong HE sales presentation.Deal with ease during negotiations and objections.Strive for professional excellence, while sharing the passion, savoir-faire and values of the Maison.

Client relationship and client development

Nurture genuine relationship with valuable prospects and clients with long-term perspective and a strong personal touch.Proactively work on networking, client hunting and client treatment activities.Implement action plans to recruit new high profile clients.Constantly develop a valuable portfolio of prospects and clients.Liaise with other stores and Head Office to ensure seamless relationship with all clients.

Events and client treatments

Organize intimate events / client treatments with VIP clients, HE-lovers, collectors with the support of the marketing team.Participate to diverse client events and act as a local and international Ambassador of the Maison.Host clients to High Jewellery events.

Mentoring/training

Act as a role model and mentor to less experienced Brand Ambassadors to develop their ability to sell High Jewellery and to nurture long lasting relationships with their VIP or high potential clients.Cascade High Jewellery product trainings to the store teams when new high jewellery pieces / collections are added to the stock.Support less experienced Brand Ambassadors during HJ events or HJ presentations.

Security

Demonstrate a high level of vigilance to ensure safety and security of both staff and product.

 

QualificationsSignificant fine and high jewellery sales experience.Strong selling and negotiation skills.High proficiency in building and nurturing relationship with VIP and High Jewellery clientsStrong knowledge of the luxury retail industry.GIA qualification and strong knowledge of High Jewellery (savoir-faire and history).Proven record of delivering High Jewellery sales results.Robust portfolio of High Jewellery clients.Fluent spoken and written English.Additional languages would be an advantage.Client oriented, with strong ability to adapt according to client(s) preferences and motivations.Team-Player approach, people-oriented mindset, flexible and adaptable, ready to move out of the comfort zone.Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Knowledge and experience of POS systems.
