About the position:

The Junior Training Program Designer will support the creation of engaging training and marketing materials across the Hub Financial Center. Supporting the HFC Training Program Designer to create resources and materials for interactive learning; this includes but is not limited to building training resources, videos, and e-learning content while gaining experience in a dynamic training environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual design who is eager to start a professional design career and enthusiastic to learn and contribute to innovative training solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Training Program Designer to support the creation of training materials and scripts for audio and video content

· Assist with the design and production of marketing materials and information graphics while ensuring alignment with the HUB brand guidelines

· Participate in planning sessions to provide creative insights to improve content

· Gather and incorporate feedback from training leaders and stakeholders to elevate and enhance projects

· Collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve training initiatives

· Support Training Supervisor and Manager on other training tasks or projects as assigned

Required-Preferred Qualifications:

· Preferred 1-2 years of experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) or other graphic design or multimedia tools

· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively convey clear and concise ideas

· Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn from feedback

· Growth mindset and staying current with the latest visual design technologies and trends

· Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications and/or related fields

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado, California and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 to $33.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
