Hematology Marketing & Sales Specialist

The Haematology Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing initiatives for CSL Behring's Haematology products in Greece. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, building customer relationships, and executing marketing activities under the guidance of senior team members. This is a field role with approximately 50% of time dedicated to customer interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sales & Key Account Management:

Promote haematology products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Greek Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) and key haematologists and meet company targets.Build strong working relationships with HCPs, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital pharmacists.Conduct product presentations and document customer interactions in Veeva.

2. Marketing:

Contribute to the development and execution of local marketing activities and promotional materials based on global strategy.Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and participate in monitoring the competitive environment.Support the development and maintenance of digital communication channels of CSL Behring Hellas

3 Therapy Area Expertise:

Maintain a solid understanding of CSL Behring's haematology products and the competitive landscape.Represent CSL Behring at national and regional congresses relevant to the haematology therapy area.

4. Cross functional collaboration:

Work closely with the cross-functional team, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to support customer engagement initiatives.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and ethical guidelines.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Head of Marketing & Sales.

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education

University degree in relevant scientific discipline (natural sciences)Post-graduate degree in marketing or business is an asset.Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)Excellent command of MS Office computer applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Experience

2+ years in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Experience with hospital specialty pharmaceutical products is desirable.Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent command of English.

Travel Requirements

This position requires regular travel to meet customers and attend relevant meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
