Will assist a skilled worker such as a machinist by performing specific or general duties such as: cleaning, disassembling, sanding, or prepping components. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Follow company policies and procedures. + Follow directions and / or instructions, as directed. + Process forms and document work by utilizing their endorsement, in accordance with the Quality Management System. + Notify immediate supervisor of any suspected un-airworthy condition noted while performing their duties. + Acquire and maintain hand tools, if necessary, to complete work assigned. · Clean, disassemble and identify components, with normal supervision. **·** Work in conjunction with higher grade Mechanics to further their job knowledge base through OJT with normal supervision. **·** **Cleans work area, when required with minimal supervision.** + Have a basic understanding of computer processes involved in daily operations. + Other various duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Little or no knowledge of the job. Close supervision involving detailed instructions and constant checking on work performance. High school diploma or GED.
