Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Helper/Laborer to assist on commercial job sites. This role involves working with sheet metal, HVAC systems, and duct installation, ensuring the smooth operation and installation of mechanical systems.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with sheet metal work and HVAC system installations.Read and interpret blueprints to execute duct work installations.Use hand and power tools to complete various construction tasks.Support the mechanical trades team with general labor duties.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in mechanical trades.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience with sheet metal, HVAC, blueprint reading, and duct installation.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is first shift, from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. You will be working on commercial job sites, using various hand and power tools in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
