Description:
This is a tier 1-2 technical support role. Technicians will be averaging 20-30 calls per day, supporting internal customers. This person will be the primary source of technology assistance. Calls include password resets, network troubleshooting, and computer replacements. Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
