The Customer Helpdesk Dispatcher is the primary contact for Varian Medical Systems (VMS) customers, who can communicate their request via phone hotline, email, or company portal. Dispatcher is communicating customers directly to gather all information needed, processes it and records in company CRM system. Our objective is to ensure that all customer needs are reacted in a timely manner, so dispatcher also keeps track of these records throughout their lifecycle. Dispatcher will be working from company office in Moscow.

Please be advised that only Russian National candidates will be given preference for these positions, our ideal candidate should be based in Moscow or Moscow Region.

  

Responsibilities

Receive incoming user requests via phone hotline, as well as those sent via email or through the company portal.

Processing of information received, gather the additional data needed from customer.

Create records of customer requests in existing CRM system with all the necessary service information.

Forward requests to support engineers on duty.

Track records status during it lifecycle.

Provide user general information on their request.

Direct communication with customer to deliver information.

Perform other related duties.

Key Required Skills and Knowledge

Advanced English skills (ability to learn educational materials).

Good verbal communication skills in Russian.

Follow the rules and ethics of business communication.

Ability to build an informative conversation with a client.

Experience with PC and office software.

Personal responsibility and preciseness, intention to follow the business procedures.

Knowledge of basic technical terminology and readiness to study more about medical devices.
