Help Desk Technician with Secret Clearance - Onsite in Washington, DC
This position is onsite in Washington, DC Active Secret Clearance or higher is mandatory.   5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree is required.  4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.   We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to support a dynamic team onsite in Washington D.C.  The team you'll be supporting is  managing and modernizing a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and utilizing Linux and Kubernetes among other technologies.   Key Responsibilities: + Provide first and second-level support for system issues. + Monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets using the organization’s ticketing system. + Assist users with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. + Troubleshoot and manage issues related to Linux-based systems and Kubernetes environments. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
