Description We are looking for an experienced Tier II Help Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. In this role, you will resolve escalated tickets, assist with user management in Azure AD and Office 365, and ensure smooth IT operations by providing efficient and timely support.
