Help Desk Support Analyst

Position Overview:
Help Desk Analysts in this role provide technical support within a contact center environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues with remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity. Support is provided through phone and chat using remote access tools. This includes assistance with Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various in-house, commercial, and mobile applications.
Technicians will handle an average of 25 interactions daily, serving as the primary contact for technical issues, requests, and questions for staff members. During their shifts, they should expect to spend nearly all their time interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of IT support experience, troubleshooting technical issues including Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, hardware, etc. required.
+ Associate degree, IT certifications, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Training:
+ 7-week initial training period with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
+ Training is fully onsite in Franklin, WI.
+ Permanent shifts will commence after the training period.
Other Details:
+ Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
+ 1st shift employees will work 3 days onsite & 2 days remote following successful completion of onsite training.
+ 2nd & 3rd shift employees will have the ability to work fully remote after the successful completion of onsite training.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
