Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk in Delray Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Help Desk will follow established problem resolution procedures in resolving software problems and applied corrective service to upgrade software
* Run diagnostics and determine possible hardware problems and repairs
* Follow established problem determination procedures in performing hardware problem analysis
* Perform broadcasting, video conferencing and audio/visual support for meetings
* Install communications equipment and associated software
* Coordinate with other technical staff in identifying and resolving problems that may be related to conflicts between the applications and client or server operating systems or network infrastructure
* Responsible for PC Ghost and Virtualized Desktop images
* Responsible for Mobility, including but not limited to, laptops, tablets, smartphones
* Responsible for printers, copiers, scanners, cameras and other peripherals
* As a Help Desk, you will set up all the equipment, meetings can run up to 3 hours
* PC imaging laptops, not doing the fixing laptops, not doing major hardware
* Basic networking, they have networking specialist if needed
