Requirements Preferred Extras + Service Desk or Tier 1 IT support experience (Windows 10/11, O365, VPN, mobile). + Familiarity with ITIL processes and an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow. + Spanish fluency for bilingual support. + Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL v4 Foundation, or similar.
