Description Required Qualifications + Proven customer‑focus with exceptional phone etiquette and active‑listening skills. + Strong written and verbal communication in English. + Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities; able to juggle multiple tickets without losing detail. + Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and structured problem‑solving approach. + Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts and one weekend shift per month. Requirements Preferred Extras + Service Desk or Tier 1 IT support experience (Windows 10/11, O365, VPN, mobile). + Familiarity with ITIL processes and an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow. + Spanish fluency for bilingual support. + Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL v4 Foundation, or similar.
