For our international helicopter training center in Bückeburg (near Minden), we are seeking a

Helicopter Test Engineer (f/m/d) - part-time (25 hours)

The job holder will contribute to the operational requirements and to smaller change and development projects from the operator's perspective. He/she provides knowledge in the field of aviation and tactics in all areas of support. He/she performs tasks in the area of simulator qualification.

Activities:

Definition of acceptance specificationsOperational evaluation of technical changes to the original aircraft and other factors influencing the training equipmentDeriving technical requirements in collaboration with the Engineering departmentPlanning, documentation and presentation of change projects for training equipment (operational evaluation)Evaluation of test resultsCreation of test specifications and submission/coordination with userCarrying out internal tests and evaluating system functionsAccompanying customer acceptance testsCreation and testing of simulation / training content (syllabus, scenarios, etc.)Support as console operator

Professional requirements:

Engineering degree (or comparable level of education)Many years of professional experience desirable in the field of aviation or flight simulation (at least 3 years)Very good written and spoken German and English skillsAbility to work in a team, willingness to take on responsibility, competent and confident demeanourMilitary helicopter experience is an advantage
