This helicopter pilot position is based out of Chehalis, Washington providing VFR helicopter services to Weyerhaeuser Timberlands in Oregon and Washington.Some operations require travel away from Chehalis, travel expenses provided.Most operations are conducted locally.Schedule is balanced to meet customer demand and personal needs.We manage our flight hours per year, with safety and work/life balance in mind, to allow for vacation and needed personal time off.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $106,917 - $160,376 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
