What You Will Be Doing:

As the Heavy Rents & Used Equipment Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of the sales cycle and inventory reporting for Heavy Rents and Used Equipment. This role involves completing tasks within the sales process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  The role includes active engagement with Caterpillar and other OEM representatives and is responsible for promoting a safe workplace and developing a “Safety First” culture.

Primary Responsibilities: Drive a “Safety First” mentality. Oversee the sales process for used equipment, including coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing supporting sales documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment. Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions within CRM. Monitor inventory levels versus the stocking plan to ensure the availability of equipment for sales. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly serviced and maintained. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on sales activities, rental performance and inventory statuses. Complete Caterpillar used sale reporting. Participate in Caterpillar Excellence Program reporting. Slow rent / no activity / lost sale reporting. Track in-territory sales. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to keep key initiatives at the forefront. Maintain the GCI UE Inventory spreadsheet. Manage used machine reservations for sales staff. Manage Cat Used information on the website. Review daily equipment receiving reports. Obtain quotes and make significant decisions on outside vendor purchases. Issue purchase orders to outside vendors. Track demo, loaner units from Used and Heavy Rent inventory. Oversee Heavy Rents attachment transfers. Additional Responsibilities: Adherence to all Yancey Bros. Co. Safety procedures and standards Other administrative duties as assign by manager Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have a prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide a superior customer experience, have excellent problem solving skills, and be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
