Position Description

Training and Support

Organize and train Healthcare Professional Agents, Nurse Network and Staff, regarding medical products and drugsConduct annual training seminars in cooperation with pharmaceutical companiesPrepare educational materialSupport Healthcare Professional Agents, Nurse Network and Staff regarding issues with specific drugsEducation and support of patients with chronic diseases, for the correct administration of medication within the framework of patient support programs Registration and organization of all data Adherence to health protocols and compliance with the policy of the Health Professionals Network and company procedures Communication with colleagues to take over the incidents 

Management and Supervision

Managing the swift schedule of Healthcare Professional AgentsEnsure of high quality of patient support services

Patient Support Program Administration

Build and maintain knowledge base for cross-functionals teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PSP’s effectiveness

Qualifications required

Degree of AEI/ATEI in NursingPrevious experience in a relevant fieldExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFluency in EnglishDriving License
