All candidates will be analytical and customer service-oriented. **Job Responsibilities** + Manage a team of warehouse staff in performing daily warehouse activities, inbound and outbound, returns and inventory control + Plan and organize manpower and deploy them effectively to maximize productivity to meet key performance indicators + Conduct periodic cycle count activities and ensure good control of inventory to maintain high accuracy and accountability + Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders, e.g. clients, carrier broker and internal supporting functions + Prepare performance data/KPI reporting requirements for MBR meetings + Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and orders status + Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationship + Review of current work processes to drive continual improvement to optimize operating cost, inventory accuracy, efficiency and control of stock losses and damages + Handle employee performance management, staff development and disciplinary matters + Ensure compliance on quality, security, health & safety practice/guidelines + Maintenance overall cleanliness and tardiness within the warehouse **Job Requirements** + Possess a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or any related disciplines + Min. of 7-10 years of relevant working experience in Contract Logistics/Healthcare industry + Good knowledge of MS office, SAP and Warehouse Management System + Demonstrate good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities + Proven ability to work well independently as well as in a team **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Company:** UNITED PARCEL SERVICE **Category:** Global Logistics and Dist **Requisition Number:** R25002254 **Location:** Singapore,Singapore
