This Corporate Attorney role is hybrid with 2 days in the office per week.

 

Responsibilities:

Perform legal and regulatory research and analysis on a wide variety of issues, including vendor and provider contracting, non-profit governance, fraud and abuse, patient care, healthcare, and insurance regulatory requirements.Drafts, reviews, and modifies contracts and policies in accordance with legal and regulatory standards; provides counsel on potential legal ramifications.Coordinates responses to government audits and investigations.

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually

Qualifications

Qualifications:

New York State Bar Admission1-3 years as a corporate or litigation legal associate, preferably in the healthcare industry

Education:
