Our client requires a consultant to drive strategic outcomes, support partner organizations, and lead teams in large-scale business transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role requires experience in operational service delivery organizational design, business analysis, gap analysis, process design, business case development, financial modeling, value stream mapping and organizational capability redesign.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.
Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)
Mandatory Requirements Master Degree in Health Administration. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher certification. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Management. Workplace culture training or certification. 10 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Examples should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams to develop future state models, perform gap analyses, and develop transition plans for future state models. 5 years’ experience directly leading teams in large-scale business transformation programs composed of large multiple concurrent projects. The examples should be in a team management role leading resource planning, quality reviews, and coaching. The analysis work overseen should include managing analysis work to design target state operating models, organizational design, process design, business case development, financial modeling, value stream mapping, and to perform gap analysis. 5 years’ direct, hands-on experience with complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, consolidating and synthesizing outputs to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and develop transition plans to move to the future state. 5 years’ experience facilitating assessments and workshops for organizational capability redesign activities and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and obtaining approval with executives and senior leadership. 5 years’ experience implementing clinical change in a healthcare environment working directly with front line patient care staff such as Physicians or nurses. 5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation. 2 years’ experience serving on a Board of Directors in a public sector organization.Job Posting ID: 56040
