To succeed in this role, you need a solid understanding of key stakeholders and decision-making processes within selected Wellbeing Services Counties (hyvinvointialueet). Additionally, you must be able to translate health economic knowledge into practical and budget-conscious solutions for healthcare.
In your day-to-day work, you will engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare decision-makers, regional committees, politicians, and payers, with the goal of building and maintaining a strong network.
This position is based in **Helsinki.** If commuting from Tampere or Turku area is possible for you, we see them as alternative potential locations. Our hybrid way of working means that we expect you to work at our Helsinki office 2 days a week at the minimum. This is mainly a **customer-facing** role with approx. 60% of the time spent on the field with our customers. On top of that, it requires moderate travelling within Finland. This position reports to the local Head of Market Access & Public Affairs.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Build and maintain relations with external stakeholders, based on strong collaboration and partnership with strategic accounts.
+ Focusing on wellbeing services counties by understanding their decision-making processes and key stakeholders in different levels with selected Wellbeing services counties.
+ Routinely reach out to important contacts to build and maintain one-to-one business relationship.
+ Support in strategic decision making related to Healthcare challenges/opportunities while keeping the overall business impact in mind.
+ Exchange health related value information with key stakeholders with a focus on cost effectiveness / economic benefit linked with clinical value
+ Provide healthcare system environment expertise and strategic input to the Asset Teams and contribute to the strategic planning.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM**
+ Relevant Master’s or aBachelor’s Degree in e.g. Business Administration, Health Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
+ Previous experience in **Healthcare funding systems** and **customer driven activities within the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.**
+ **Understanding of the Finnish healthcare system.**
+ Excellent command of the **English and Finnish languages**
+ Excellent negotiation and **communication skills** and ability to lead and drive complex projects.
+ Team spirit and ability to establish strong relationships.
+ Competency in identifying innovations that can transform customer experience and a demonstrated willingness and ability to adopt new technologies.
+ Ability to map and work in a **complex environment and adapt to changes** (agile mindset)
+ Structured and can-do attitude.
