A Health Plan local to the Farmington, MI area is seeking a Health Services Manager to join our expanding team! The Health Services Manager will oversee Operational efficiency and staff, training and quality management.

REQUIREMENTS:

MI-licensed Registered NurseProgram Management experienceAdministrative claims experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in Operational Performance Meetings / provide feedback and guidanceOversee daily productionDevelop productivity measures and training modulesConduct performance reviews
