HSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the Plant. That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents
+ Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
+ Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
+ Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
+ Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
+ Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence
+ Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`

+ Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
+ Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC
+ Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
+ Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO

**Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:**
Como Health Safety & Environmental Analyst trabajarás en la implementación de mejoras en el área a través de proyectos, con una mirada hacia una cultura de cero incidentes y una huella ambiental óptima.
Te asegurarás de que las instalaciones proporcionadas estén bien mantenidas, que existan e implementen regulaciones/procedimientos, que se realicen evaluaciones de peligros, que se reduzcan los accidentes causados por actos y condiciones inseguros y que se reduzcan la energía y los residuos.
Tus tareas incluirán:
+ Implementación de proyectos y mejoras en el área de producción para la mejora en HSE
+ Asistir y liderar la transformación cultural en materia de HSE para ayudar a que la planta alcance Cero accidentes e Incidentes.
+ Ser responsable de coordinar y supervisar la implementación de todos los programas y procesos de Salud y Seguridad.
+ Participar en investigaciones para facilitar el cierre de no conformidades identificadas.
+ Proporcionar experiencia en salud y seguridad para la planta para todos los proyectos nuevos y actividades de gestión de cambios.
+ Dar seguimiento a las no conformidades y desarrollar los sistemas para resolverlas con base en el análisis de causa raíz.
+ Mantener un sistema de notificación de incidentes actualizado, ayudar con la investigación de incidentes junto con el equipo/comité de seguridad del pilar HSE e impulsar la finalización de acciones correctivas para eliminar las causas fundamentales/recurrencias.
+ Desarrollar programas de orientación técnica para identificar y eliminar peligros físicos.
**Requisitos específicos del puesto:**
+ Graduado de ingeniería
+ Experiencia previa en manufactura, ingeniería u áreas similares dentro de una planta productiva
+ Dominio intermedio del paquete Office
+ Dominio intermedio del idioma inglés
+ Disponibilidad para trabajar en un esquema 100% presencial.
**Work schedule:**
Esquema presencial, Lunes a Jueves 9hs a 18 hs, Viernes 9hs a 13:30 hs
