matters related to a transaction regulatory enforcement and health care compliance matters including licensing issues Connecticut Certificate of Need OEMS and other administrative proceedings and healthcare regulatory law Handling a wide spectrum of issues involving the development of new and existing business services facilities and equipment the Regulatory Attorney will provide counsel on regulatory matters and handle regulatory enforcement matters such as surveys and investigations by the Connecticut Department of Public Health CMS DEA the Connecticut AGrsquos office OEMS NRC and other state and federal agencies The Regulatory Attorney will work in a collaborative environment in service to the mission of a growing healthcare systemKey AccountabilitiesProvide advice and guidance to market and clinical business units on regulatory compliance and industry developments including the proactive identification and assessment of regulatory and compliance risks and the
