Health Information Technology Enterprise Imaging Informatics Analyst I, II, or III
Overview Monitors, reviews, supports, and troubleshoots all current and future Enterprise Imaging and Medical Document Systems and Databases. Works as part of the Health Information Technology team to provide implementations, upgrades, or enhancements to various Enterprise Imaging and Medical Document Systems and Databases. Systems include but are not limited to Electronic Health Record (EHR), Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology, Cardiology Systems, and various other Allied Health Systems. Will operate, process, assist in trouble-shooting activities, and provide documentation related to the solution. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Health Information Technology Enterprise Imaging Informatics Analyst I Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school; or two (2) years (60 credit hours) coursework from a 4-year college or university; or three (3) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An additional one (1) year of experience in a related field. Health Information Technology Enterprise Imaging Informatics Analyst II Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university; or six (6) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An additional three (3) years of experience in a related field. Health Information Technology Enterprise Imaging Informatics Analyst III Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university; or six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An additional five (5) years of experience in a related field. COMPUTER SKILLS An individual should have knowledge of contact management software, database software, design software, development software, internet software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets the requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). Comprehends organization’s goals and objectives and understands Health processes and support Systems. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The occasionally is occasionally required to climb or balance and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to work in high, precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and risk of radiation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
