Position Summary + Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system. Primary Position Responsibilities + Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards. + Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system. + Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.
