Your Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Services, or a relevant field.Proven experience in community-based aged care services.Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building meaningful connections.Competent with technology, including electronic systems.
