Health and Safety Manager
Minimum requirements:
Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or similar ISO22000/FSSC22000 HACCP SAMTRAC or ISO45000 or similar OHS qualification Ensure all companies in group comply with Food Safety standards (currently abattoir to DC) Oversee Food Safety & OHS teams on all sites Assist in preparing for Food Safety audits Trending and reporting to Top Management Compile and implement OHS system (Organise training, Appointments, Risk Assessment, Build SOPs, Meetings, Contractors) Conduct training on food safety & OHS CAPEX on service suppliers Handling of all retail customer complaints DC – QA manager (build & implement food safety system) Long Hours and travelling Start date - 1 June
