What will I be doing?
\n\nEncourage members and guests to feel motivated for fitness by building relationships and advising on exercise technique, overall health, and diet\nConduct fitness programmes and inductions\nUnderstand and advise members and guests on the correct usage of gym equipment\nEnsure adequate coverage of the pool, gym and reception\nCarry out regular pool tests\nMaintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, pool side and gym facilities\nAdhere to all health and safety regulations\nPromote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective members\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Health and Fitness Instructor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nNVQ level 2 in a sport related topic\nHigh level of personal hygiene and grooming standards\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nPassion for health and fitness\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nLevel 2 fitness qualification\nKnowledge of diet and nutrition\n\n\n
