The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is the world’s first Warner Bros. branded hotel. Guests will be able to experience recognizable characters from across Warner Bros.’ iconic collection of film, television and comics. This unique hotel is adjacent to the award-winning Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park. The hotel will feature 257 rooms over eight levels, with guests able to access a range of amenities, including signature WB restaurants, a premier spa and fitness club, kids club, family pool and an exclusive rooftop pool overlooking Yas Island’s distinctive skyline.

A Head Therapist is responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while achieving sales revenue targets.

\n\n

\nWhat will I be doing?

\n\n

As a Head Therapist, you are responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Head Therapist will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tManage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards\n\tEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards\n\tInteract and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team\n\tEnsure team works to meeting department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately\n\tEnsure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients and guests\n\tManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services\n\tComply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations\n
