Head of Vendor Strategy and Enablement
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 12 years of experience in procurement and sourcing managing agreements and negotiations. + 10 years of experience leading a global operations or supplier management team. + 8 years of experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: + MBA or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field. + 15 years of experience in operations management, in a large and global organization. + 10 years of experience in Contract Management, overseeing, developing and managing agreements with suppliers. + 10 years of experience in a vendor management organization. + Excellent stakeholder management and business partnership skills. + Excellent strategic, problem solving, and presentation skills. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more). + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing vendor management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. + Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to performance management and agreement closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. + Lead complex agreement negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, compliance, and risk mitigation, leveraging data for benchmarking and analysis. + Develop and drive a multi-year vendor strategy aligned with organizational objectives, adapting to market trends and fostering innovation. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on vendor strategies.
