Job Description:

The Head of US Digital Onboarding, Servicing, Payments, Deepening and Omni-Channel technology capabilities leads the engineering, delivery and operations for key platforms that deliver on the digital Onboarding, Servicing, Payments, Deepening and Omni-Channel technology capabilities.

Depth & Scope:

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as requiredDelivers large scale initiatives thru an agile@scale operating model in support of Digital across Onboarding, Servicing, Payments, Omni Channel, and Deepening value streams in order to deliver on the US vision for AMCB to be the most America's Most Convenient Digital BankDelivers the outcomes for the omni-channel architecture and engineering for the USReduces delivery time to market, increase velocity and optimize cost per OKRs and 3 year roadmapEnsures stable and secure platform capabilities meeting all regulatory and resiliency requirementsDefines and reports on the KPI/KRI and other measures of success for digital capabilitiesIncubates and builds maturity for adoption for digital capabilitiesBuilds processes and capabilities required to intake new and emerging technologies at the bank for digitalPoint of escalation to resolve any challengesActively promotes the program under his/her oversight amongst the peers within the bankDevelops and nurtures the team of high performing technology leaders with an engineering mindset

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred10+ years of experience in the financial services or related industryExtensive experience in mission-critical front office systems, high-performance software development, and Software Reliability Engineering. processesHands-on expertise in creating and driving technology vision, strategy, and implementation roadmapsStrength in cross-cultural communications and leading large collaborative teamsProven experience in managing and leading teams in a regulatory and risk-focused environmentIn-depth knowledge of modern software engineering frameworksStrong analytical skills and experience working with data and technology-driven solutionsExperience delivering large scale efforts using scaled agile
