About the Job
The Head of US Commercial, Amlitelimab will lead the commercial launch strategy and execution for one of Sanofi's priority assets in the US market. Amlitelimab is a potentially transformational anti-OX40L monoclonal antibody for atopic dermatitis and future indications. This strategic leadership role will design, build, and direct a high-performing team responsible for bringing this innovative therapy to patients, starting with its lead indication in atopic dermatitis.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Launch Excellence
Develop and execute a comprehensive US commercial launch strategy that ensures precision, excellence, and market impact
Build and lead a best-in-class commercial organization across marketing, sales, thought leader engagement, and market access
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Global Business Team, Medical, Manufacturing and Supply, Commercial Operations, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs Commercial Strategy & Execution
Lead marketing team to create compelling brand positioning and marketing strategies that deliver on business objectives and patient needs
Lead customer-facing teams to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, KOLs, and payers
Navigate the complex US access environment with innovative approaches to ensure optimal patient access
implement digital-forward strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand performance
Business Performance & Financial Management
Deliver on sales, profit, and market share targets within agreed budgets
Manage P&L accountability, long-range planning, and financial forecasting
Ensure operational efficiency across all aspects of the business
Allocate resources strategically to maximize impact and ROI
People Leadership & Development
Build and inspire a diverse, high-performing commercial team that drives innovation, excellence, and plays to win.
Develop key talent and create a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Foster strong partnerships across functions to ensure aligned objectives and seamless implementation

Qualifications
Experience & Education
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree (MD, PhD or MBA) is preferred
A minimum of 12 years of overall progressive experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Marketing, Sales leadership, and/or General Management roles in the U.S. is required
Prior General Management experience is preferred
Proven experience in leading and developing a formal team of professionals is essential for this role. Current or prior experience in establishing/building a formal team is preferred
Experience leading Biopharma Commercial Teams within Marketing and Sales responsibilities is required.
Proven track record of successful U.S. product launches and lifecycle management in specialty therapeutics is required
Immunology experience is required; atopic dermatitis knowledge preferred
This position may require u to 25% overall travel.

The salary range for this position is:
$258,750.00 - $431,250.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
