Then come and join our global team as Head of Ultrasound – Zone CWE (f/m/d) to drive the growth and market share of the Ultrasound business across the zone (Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands). The position is responsible for providing the overall vision, leadership and strategic direction for the region.


The Ultrasound organization covers three business areas: Cardiac Catheters, Image Guidance and Traditional Ultrasound. The executive will professionalize the region, focusing on positioning the company for further growth through an assessment of business priorities, development of the team and management of the commercialization of new and existing products. The Head CWE Ultrasound will create a high-performance culture, consistently inspiring and driving the organization towards optimized performance on an individual and team basis. Additionally, She/he will focus on optimizing relationships with key counter parts in the different functional organizations

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible to set-up and achieve organizational targets for profitable sales volume, market share, other strategic goals and key performance objectives.You drive critical KPIs including business volume (orders + sales); market share growth, customer satisfaction & loyalty scores; people excellence.You effectively drive improved business processes, customer satisfaction, forecasting, transparency, and sales tool maintenance processes through collaboration across all countries.You lead partnerships with other regional functions, customers and channel partners to align optimally effective strategic alliances.You lead sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives and removing obstacles that impede constructive organizational change.You provide inspired leadership to the sales organization while fostering a culture of professional development and retain high-performance and principled behavior.You establish and maintain an organizational structure needed to ensure processes follow applicable regulations and standards.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in Business administration and/or other related academic areas.You have many years of relevant medical technology experience in roles of increasing responsibility - Experience in the ultrasound, medical imaging or other medical capital equipment is a clear plus.You possess a proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth across markets by setting a clear business strategy.You have profound experience & expertise in setting the business strategy for individual customers/opportunities, including leadership targeting and closing opportunities, managing zone strategic accounts.You have several years of people management experience.You have fluent German and English language skills.
