The Regional Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all functional areas within the CFO pillar for the respective region on behalf of the group CFO of Allianz Technology SE and accountable to the CTO for the same scope. The CFO manages all customer related financial topics in close collaboration with the CTO Head, fosters Gearshift post merger integration and ensures the implementation of the finance transformation within the regions.
You will
Providing leadership, direction and management of the regional finance team and second line function Providing strategic recommendations to the CTO and group CFO of Allianz Technology Foster transparency and ensure proper baselining and initiative tracking per region leveraging finance teams Ensure global management and control of revenues, costs as well as price & volume effects in a transparent way Validation of CTO Project Portfolio & Initiative Business cases together with local and central senior management stakeholders Steer demand alignment (volume) on multi year perspective together with ACM and Service Owners to enable Allianz group vision Play a vital role in dispute management (Cash collection process) and foster credit note handling with Allianz group CFOs
Your skills
Proven experience in leading large finance teams and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data, identifying strenths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions, managing costs and validating business cases for large projects. Expertise in managing IT budgets (€500m - €1bn), with experience driving cost savings and ensuring financial transparency. Strong ability to collaborate with senior management and clients of AZ Technology and align demand management across multi-year plans. Experience driving finance transformation and post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives within large organizations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in leading regional finance teams and fostering accountability.

Financial reporting to all stakeholders of Allianz Technology Group: Board/EMT, Supervisory Board, H2(Group CFO), H4 (Group COO), Group Centers (GAPC, Group Tax, GT&CF), IT functions, Workscouncil/economic committee, employees (digital townhalls, shared). Respective communication andpersonally presenting in EMT, H2 calls, economic committee with being key contact for fi nancial questionsfor H2 (GAPC) and H4 (COO) and respective stakeholder management
Concept, set-up, process steering and implementation of Financial Reporting in Allianz Technology Group(AZ Technology SE incl. international branches and legal entities) and management of P&L and regularpresentation in EMT
Strategic Controlling: Full responsibility for preparation and presentation to EMT of Strategic Dialogueand Planning Dialogue of AZ Technology Group
Operational Controlling: Responsible for monthly Controlling closing, FTE controlling incl. Staff ApprovalForm, project portfolio controlling, master data governance, implementation of process improvements andbest practices as well as ad-hoc analyses and special topics (e.g. closing support and improvements)
Lead highly qualifi ed own team of direct reports (Controlling Experts) with respective peoplemanagement and development and responsible for separate team "Tools & Processes" with additionalFTE (Controlling experts); and remotely FTEs in Romania and Barcelona
