The Regional Head of Security Architecture and Engineering is a senior technical member of the security organization and will play a pivotal role in guiding and setting direction for the company’s security architectural and strategic activities. You will ensure that all acquired or developed systems and architectures align with the company’s Information Security policies, standards, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will involve performing security reviews, identifying gaps, developing risk management plans, and delivering strategic goals for technology infrastructure.  This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience, strategic vision, and effective communication skills to guide and influence security practices and architectural decisions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Security Architecture Guidance:Serve as the senior technical expert in security architecture.Provide guidance and set direction for security-related architectural and strategic activities.Security Reviews and Risk Management:Conduct Security Architecture reviews to ensure alignment with company policies and standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to perform security reviews, identify gaps, and develop risk management plans and recommendations.Strategic Development:Develop long-term strategic goals for technology infrastructure services.Evaluate security architectures and designs to ensure they meet business objectives.Reference Architectures:Develop and document secure by design reference architectures.Define protection needs, security controls, and governance frameworks for managing technology.Security Control Assessment:Assess security controls for software, applications, and systems within the company.

Basic Required Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:Extensive experience in technical infrastructure security assessments and design.Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies, standards, and products.Knowledge Areas:Applications, networks, firewall, storage, and IDM concepts (e.g., authentication, message scanning, privacy, cryptography).Cloud InfrastructuresIndustry-standard and organizational risk analysis principles.Enterprise IT architectural concepts and patterns.Ability to determine how security systems should operate and their resilience.Understanding of IT/risk management techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Deep expertise in cybersecurity principles, including network security, application security, identity and access management, data protection, and threat intelligence.Proven experience designing and implementing complex security architectures across diverse technology environments.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop technical talent.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) preferred
