As the Principal, you’ll be the cornerstone of the center, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the mission of excellence in education is met at every level. Your responsibilities will include:
Guide and inspire a team of experienced educators and staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.Implement innovative educational programs that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.Manage enrollment, budgeting, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the board to create a supportive and engaging environment.Step into the classroom as needed, bringing your expertise and passion for education directly to our students.Maintain adherence to all licensing, health, and safety standards.Qualifications:
Early Childhood Educator certificate required; Montessori training is a strong plus.Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.Comfortable stepping into the classroom or tackling administrative challenges directly.Embraces technology to streamline processes and enhance learning experiences.Builds strong connections with children, parents, and staff.Driven to create a school that sets the standard for quality education.We’re open to experienced Principals, program coordinators from larger schools, or educators with leadership potential and administrative expertise.
