Job DescriptionProvide strategic leadership and direct oversight for the Turkish Sales team.Accountable for achieving the sales targets and objectives set for the Turkish market (Responsible of Turkey P&L)Ensure seamless alignment and governance of deals by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Finance, Business Development, and other departments.Oversee execution of commercial deals as well as strategic projects with key clients by orchestrating internal functions as well as external stakeholders.Offer continuous coaching and mentorship to the Sales team to enhance their professional growth and address development needs.Uphold a robust culture of compliance, ensuring all operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity.Implement and track the Engagement Survey action plan to drive team performance and satisfaction.Retain talent and create a robust, talented, and high-performing team with leadership skills.Ensure meticulous management of the Sales Pipeline, maintaining up-to-date and well-organized opportunities.This is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualification
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualification
