Responsibilities:
Sales team and customer:
Overseeing the dispatch of field sales agents, scheduling work and adjusting work priorities Forecasting sales needs utilizing data and analytics at your disposal Managing a team of in field sales consultants, identifying issues and addressing problems Overseeing the dispatch of field personnel, scheduling work and adjusting work priorities Training and motivating sales consultants for productivity and efficiency Identifying and qualifying potential customers Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of relationships with customers Making regular visits to prospective customers, including at schools, in estates and occasionally activations to sell the products and services Calling meetings to discuss plans and ideas with staff Business:
Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies Developing and managing national sales with revenue goals Developing and managing relationships with other sales departments Meeting or exceeding sales goals Conducting presentations to decision makers Maintaining current and active market knowledge, including competitor and pricing trends Calling meetings to discuss plans and ideas with decision makers In order to be considered, a Degree is most preferable
Extensive Sales Management experience
Experience working for successful businesses, who are a success and have been a success due to your delivery in your sales team
Longevity in your roles, demonstrating a loyal track record
