SUMMARY
You will be demonstrating effective personal leadership and behaviours while driving a strong safety, environmental and quality focused culture across the business. You will work on the continuous improvement and optimization of processes and systems for QHSE (including document control), and relentlessly seek and adopt industry best practices. Ensure alignment of functional support across all relevant stakeholders by ensuring timely and effective guidance and driving appropriate behaviours. Develop, implement and drive the QHSE strategy and ensure consistency, monitoring through clear and timely reports and taking action where required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Departmental responsibility for QHSE. Responsible for ensuring the development of smooth and efficient QHSE (inclusive of Document Control) systems with due consideration to the constraints within a commercial entity and ensure compliance with the ISO standards Works to enhance business standards and driving opportunities to improve performance Responsible for the maintenance of all records, KPI’s and statistics for all QHSE activities. Support the deployment and utilisation of QHSE resources as needed. Proactively develop and support appropriate initiatives, with a view to continual improvement and evolution of the company culture. Close liaison with peers and relevant authorities where applicable. Monitor, collate and interpret performance data including close out of inspections and accident investigation reports, and provide management reports on a routine basis. Maintain ongoing compliance and performance levels, establishing frameworks and drive engagement with fellow Heads of Departments and peers. Sets KPI framework for performance and operational improvements. Establish consistent KPIs and oversight systems (including audits) Coach, advise and assist personnel whenever required, including presenting and provision of training
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position oversees the QHSE Manager and the US HSE Sales Lead

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer & technology literacy
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
You will have a track record of driving change, changing behaviours and optimization in complex international environments with broad experience in implementing best in class outcomes This includes standard processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements as well as oversight / integration of improvement systems across operations Extensive relevant and similar capacity in a QHSE role ideally in a similar energy (Oil and Gas services) organization. Demonstrable compliance to legislation and use of problem solving skills / personal judgement as well as policy adherence in order to make optimum business decisions International experience. You will have a global perspective on compliance and governance to ensure we meet local, national and regional demands An understanding of organizational and cultural change management Influential and collaborative through compassion able to build capability and create a culture for the future The ability to think ahead and anticipate problem areas and take proactive action to prevent impact is critical to success Be an experienced and efficient leader, with excellent people skills and exemplary work ethics A particular focus on organizational design, processes and systems, with a clear objective to improve the safety culture and drive behavioural changes
