FINEX is in our DNA. We are one Global team, specialising in Financial Lines, hardwired to deliver insights and solutions through our local client relationships. We are looking to hire a Head of Professional Indemnity Insurance in Spain. The role reports into the Head of FINEX Spain.
What will you be responsible for?
Implement and support the PI insurance strategy in the region Manage existing portfolio of FINEX clients and maintain 95% retention targets and drive expansion to support sustainable growth Achieve 2025 budgeted growth targets. Continue with the evolution of industry and product specialisation to deliver the best insights, expertise, services and innovative products that proactively meet the evolving needs of our clientsThe Requirements
Relevant industry experience (at least 7 years), preferably with professional qualifications, Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targetsStrategic Judgement – understands the external business landscape, analyses and anticipates key factors affecting WTW and clients, and can position WTW appropriatelyExcellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and supporting peopleStrong skills in problem solving, planning and budgetingHigh levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change managementExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environmentStrong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreementStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsEl proceso de solicitud
