We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Responsibility for developing, managing and maintaining a comprehensive, customer orientated Product Shelf which addresses the needs of HSBC customer proposition
• Responsible for the commercial management for HSBC products, including responsibility for the development and delivery of the local product strategy, including product innovation in order to achieve specific business targets (profit, market share growth etc.)
• Responsible for ensuring that all products meet regulatory and HSBC best practice standards
• Participate in management of risk for all products
• Manage the Trade balance sheet and identify requirements of primary and secondary distribution to provide solutions for capital, Risk Weighted Assets, credit and liquidity and create and grow secondary market for Trade assets
• Pitch solutions to customers, explain the distribution structure to investors and ensure closure of deals
• Manage the structuring of the origination pipeline that requires distribution solutions and structure complex trade transactions from end-to-end
• Manage transactions with the secondary market to ensure no conflict of interest arise from the primary market
• Formulate portfolio investment strategies and create portfolios by selecting content and determining the appropriate time to purchase or sell
• Enhance the risk distribution strategy and identify new markets and opportunities to boost product penetration and share of business
• Develop and build networks of institutional investors, private investors and consultants
• Engage with internal stakeholders across Credit , Risk, GTS SVS, GTS Sales, Finance, Legal, Treasury amongst others on product structures and sell-down structures
• Give direction to Technology functions and operations teams to build systems and infrastructure to support activities in this field
• Acting as a single point of contact on all product PMD-related decisions and discussions
• Manages team of Product Specialists and PMD managers.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·Extensive knowledge and experience of supply chain finance, trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques.
·Extensive knowledge of the market market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
·Strong leadership and team motivational skills, and proven coaching performance management skills
· At least 8 years or above working experience on respective area is preferred.
