Key Responsibilities:
Run 5 Brands (American Swiss, Sterns, Tempo, Galaxy&Co, XXX) Ensure clear Brand differentiation between the brand identities Contribute to the formulation of the company operational strategic objectives, and ensure successful execution thereof Exercise exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to effectively drive sales and overall store- and divisional performance Indentify new business opportunities and support development of new, revamped and relocated stores in division Demonstrate mature leadership skills including the ability to attract, hire, retain and engage the team Develop a high performance team and culture, focusing on ownership, accountability and performance Drive performance in line with company values Drive the successful implementation of the customer journey philosophy Foster and develop unwavering team commitment to exceed customer needs and expectations Deliver targeted turnover- and profit growth Develop and manage annual operational budget and projections Consistent delivery of all agreed KPI’s including sales and profit growth, ROAM, new accounts, rewards, expenses-to-turnover ratio and shrinkageQualifications and Experience:
Minimum 8 years working experience at a senior management level (leader of managers) A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential Proven track record and ability to drive and successfully execute robust retail operations strategiesSkills:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment and driving results. Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
